🎀 Are your hampers handmade?
Yes! Every LiftedMomentsCo hamper is handmade to order and carefully decorated by hand. Because of this, no two hampers will ever be exactly identical. Small details such as flowers, ribbons, bows and embellishments may vary depending on availability, but the overall theme, colour palette and signature design will always remain consistent with the style shown in the photographs.
✨ Can I personalise my hamper?
Absolutely! Our hampers can be personalised with baby’s name, date, wording or a special message, depending on the design.
Please make sure all personalisation details are entered correctly when placing your order, as personalised items are made especially for you.
🎨 Can I choose a different colour?
Yes! Selected designs are available in different colour options.
When you choose your preferred colour, the hamper decorations and balloon display or flowers will be coordinated to complement your chosen colour. For example, if you choose pink, the balloons or flowers will be styled in coordinating pink tones.
🎈 Can I add a balloon to my hamper?
Yes! Balloon displays and additional balloons are available as optional add-ons on selected products.

🧸 Can I add a teddy bear?
Yes! Teddy bears are available as an optional add-on on selected hampers.
The teddy shown in some product photographs may have been provided by a customer. When you purchase the teddy bear add-on, a similar teddy will be selected for your hamper. Teddy styles may vary depending on availability.
🎈 What happens if a balloon pops?
Balloons are delicate and, unfortunately, occasional popping or deflation can happen during transportation, handling or because of temperature changes.
We use professional-quality balloons and take every care when preparing your order. Spare balloons are included with balloon displays where applicable, so you have replacements available if needed.
Please keep balloons away from direct sunlight, heat sources, sharp objects and extreme temperatures.
📦 How are my orders packaged?
Every order is carefully prepared and packaged to help protect it during transportation. We take great care when packing your hamper, particularly with the balloon display and delicate decorative details.
However, once an order has been handed to the courier, we cannot control how it is handled during transit.
🚚 Do you deliver across the UK?
Yes! We offer delivery across the UK mainland.

⏰ How long does my order take?
Our products are handmade to order, so please check the individual product listing for the current processing/turnaround time before placing your order.
If you need your order sooner than the stated timeframe, please contact us before ordering to see whether a rush order is possible.
⚡ Do you offer rush orders?
Yes, where our schedule allows.
A rush order fee may apply to orders required sooner than our standard processing time. Please contact us before placing your order so we can confirm availability.
💌 Can I change my personalisation after placing my order?
Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to make a change.
Once your order has entered the personalisation or production stage, changes may no longer be possible as your item may already have been made.
❌ Can I cancel my order?
Because our hampers are handmade and personalised specifically for each customer, cancellation may not be possible once production has started.
Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or amend your order.
🤍 Can I return a personalised hamper?
As personalised and handmade items are created specifically for you, they are generally not eligible for return simply because you have changed your mind.
If your order arrives damaged or there is an issue with your item, please contact us within 12 hours of receiving the hamper with photographs so we can review the issue and assist you.
📸 Will my hamper look exactly like the photograph?
Your hamper will be created in the same overall style and design shown in the product listing, but because each piece is handmade, there may be small differences in flowers, ribbons, bows, embellishments and other decorative elements.
These variations are what make every LiftedMomentsCo creation unique. 🤍
🛍️ Can I request something that isn’t shown on your website?
We love creating bespoke gifts! If you have a specific idea, colour combination or personalised detail in mind, please contact us before placing your order and we’ll let you know what we can create for you.
