Welcome to Lifted Moments Co. By placing an order through our website, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
Orders & Payments
All orders must be paid in full at checkout before processing can begin.
Please ensure all personalisation details, delivery information, and contact details are entered correctly when placing your order.
Handmade & Personalised Products
All products are handmade and carefully prepared to order. As many items are personalised and custom-made, slight variations may occur between products and photos displayed on our website or social media.
Returns & Refunds
Due to the personalised and handmade nature of our products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds.
If there is an issue with your order, customers must contact us within 24 hours of delivery or collection. Please provide your order number along with clear photos of the item and packaging so we can review the issue.
Unfortunately, we are unable to assist with claims reported after 24 hours.
Shipping & Delivery
We aim to dispatch all orders within the agreed timeframe. However, delays caused by couriers or circumstances outside of our control are not the responsibility of Lifted Moments Co.
Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address and contact information at checkout.
Cancellations
Orders may only be cancelled before production or personalisation has begun. Once work has started on an order, cancellations are not permitted.
Product Care & Safety
Some decorative items included in our hampers and gift arrangements may be delicate. Adult supervision is advised where applicable, and decorative items should be kept away from small children unless specifically intended for use as toys.
