At Lifted Moments Co, each hamper and gift arrangement is handmade and personalised with care. Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds once an order has been completed and dispatched.
Please ensure all personalisation details and order information are correct before placing your order.
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or there is an issue with your item, customers must contact us within 24 hours of delivery/collection. Please include:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the item and packaging
- A description of the issue
We will review each case individually and work to resolve any genuine problems as quickly as possible.
Unfortunately, we are unable to assist with claims reported after 24 hours from delivery or collection.
