Important Balloon Care & Delivery Information

All Bobo balloons are prepared and dispatched as close to your delivery date as possible and are sent using a next-day delivery service.

Please note that extreme weather conditions, particularly high temperatures during heatwaves, may affect the appearance of balloons during transit. Balloons naturally expand in warmer temperatures and may appear larger or softer upon arrival. In rare cases, excessive heat can affect the balloon’s condition while in transit.

While every effort is made to package and dispatch your order in perfect condition, we cannot accept responsibility for changes caused by prolonged exposure to extreme temperatures during the courier’s handling and transportation process.

Upon receipt, please keep your balloon indoors in a cool environment away from direct sunlight and heat sources to help maintain its appearance and longevity.
